I can’t help but feel excited by people’s hope

While I am greatly relieved that the Bush administration is history, I, nonetheless, remain with a wait and see attitude about the future.

I do share in the great pride that this is indeed a historical moment for the United States and the world. It is with deep sincerity that I pray Obama can live up to the dreams he has helped make people think are possible once again.

I can’t help but feel contagious hopefulness when I saw this video even while being a die-hard skeptic.

Happy inauguration day. May this be the beginning of some real change.

  1. Sorry, I’m missing the point here (blame the Zyprexa)..

God Bless America and Her New President!

  2. Stop worrying Ana!

As we speak, BushCo-Lilly are working hard on a treatment for the “gender-bending” disorders they have caused. The banksters must be rubbing their hands together with delight…

I recently saw a long list of the pharmaceuticals and petrochemicals that can cause the diseases you listed..

A component of polycarbonate plastics, bisphenol-A, or BPA, is a major cause of these diseases.

BPA is used in the manufacture of many types of drinks bottle. Over time, the plastic polymers break down and leach into the liquid of the drink.

Canada has banned the use of BPA in children’s drink bottles. Nowhere else seems to give a damn.

HRT and contraception pills are also known causes. There were more gender bending chemicals which I can’t remember now 🙁

  3. Not only of human species.
There has been a study by ChemTrust around the world showing that males vertebrate wildlife are under threat because they are becoming “feminisated”.
    Some examples:
“In Polar Bears: intersex features and deformed genitals; reduced testes and baculum length; low testosterone levels in adult males; and reduced cub survival.
    In Black Bears: undescended testes.
In Florida panther: abnormal sperm and low sperm density; undescended testes; and altered hormone levels.
In deer: antler deformities; undescended testes; and testicular abnormalities, including cells predictive of testicular cancer.
In eland (an antelope): abnormal estes, including impaired spermatogenesis.”
“Taken together, it can be seen that feminisation or de-masculinisation of males is widespread.”
    Scary!

  4. frankly there are much bigger threats to the survival of our species and the planet than pharma…

I hope this administration can change the tide towards total annihilation.

allowing people to take care of their health as they see fit is a small part of the picture, but one that is very important.

I’m listening to Barack as I write this…I cried through the beginning of the ceremony.

  5. WOO HOO
I’m watching and thinking about all of you!
    I hope the same Naturalgal.
I cannot forget Bush families ties with Eli-Lilly.

    Congratulations!!!!!

  6. Yes, let’s ALL come together!

I hope Obama can see what the pharmecutical companies are doing to the American people. I hope he will have the courage to tell them he doesn’t care about their money. (Which they spread around to all sides of the political fence.)

His own mother had to fight health insurance companies while she was battling cancer, so I am hopeful that he knows the pain that so many of us our facing and he will have the courage to stand up to this institutions and say, “It is time to all come together…for everyone…no more denying health care coverage for those that need it. No more denying alternative heath care for only those who can afford it.”

I AM hopeful. And you can bet I WILL be sending him emails and snail mail. And once he is in office, I WILL phone the White House and tell them my thoughts.

    Thanks for posting this Gianna,
    Naturalgal
