Here is a list of more than two dozen agencies and individuals involved in the life of Ray Sandford, the Minnesota citizen receiving ongoing forced outpatient electroshock. All are receiving taxpayer funding directly or indirectly. A few are speaking out for Ray, and should be thanked. But most are not helping Ray say “no” to his forced shock. Some directly profit from it.

The hospital that is making possible the forced electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) of Ray Sandford is Mercy Hospital of Coons Rapids, Minnesota. Mercy Hospital is one of approximately seventeen hospitals owned by Allina of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Currently the state’s Attorney General, Lori Swanson, is announcing a lawsuit against Allina Health System for allegedly billing high interest rates on medical debts.
In Minnesota, companies are limited to collecting eight percent on medical debts. Allina’s financial division, MedCredit, was found charging eighteen percent on loans to patients who could not afford to pay their medical bills. MedCredit’s alleged practice of charging exorbitant and illegal interest rates makes them potentially guilty of usury. The State of Minnesota hopes to change Allina’s usurious billing practices and have them refund money to patients who were overbilled. ….. ”

Thanks so much Gianna. We need to see an end of ECT worldwide.
ECT Does cause irreparable brain damage and memory loss no matter what its proponents claim, and as such, ECT can Never be voluntary except in cases wherein the patient has already suffered severe iatrogenic damage.
True Informed Consent, as Law, would abolish the practice overnight.
Just a FYI I believe you have a typo, you forgot the letter “d” in Rays last name.
This is good in a way as I forgot the “d” as well when I googled Rays name, and google came up with bipolarblast-beyondmeds in the top ten results.
So I don’t know if you should fix it or not, for those googling the name with the spelling error.
