Early warning signs of chronic or lethal diseases due to taking neuroleptics (antipsychotics)

I’ve embedded a PDF file by Peter Lehmann with his permission. It can be downloaded for printing here.

The most commonly prescribed neuroleptics are: Clozapine (Clozaril), Olanzapine (Zyprexa), Risperidone (Risperdal), Quetiapine (Seroquel), Ziprasidone (Geodon) and Aripiprazole (Abilify). There are others too — see here for a more complete list and some general (mainstream) information on all the neuroleptics.

Remember coming off medications requires careful planning and should be done very slowly. For safer withdrawal guidelines with lots of resources for information see here: Withdrawal 101

For online support in withdrawal see here.

There may be times when coming off psychiatric drugs is not appropriate.
