Feeling well enough that I ran two errands back to back…the culture shock of being out in the world is still acute. I was so happy to see lovely, healthy young people (two women in their 20s running the cashier and packing my bags) that I had to contain my glee and hold myself together for fear of total meltdown. Really. Culture shock…it happens when you’ve been homebound for years.
…it’s good but it’s also delicate and fragile and a bit scary…
So yeah…this low histamine diet is working. See this post from the other day if you don’t know what I’m talking about.
It’s still bumpy, the road…big bumps at times, but healing is happening.
