~fragments from beyond the edge~

Pseudosanitysplaining:
People In positions of authority who imagine they are not insane telling you that you are insane.

***

it’s always an adventure into the ordinary…what is, is.

***

Waking up and healing the body are destructive processes that then require rebuilding of both body and psyche. Healing, as an act of both destruction and creation, requires Kali energy.

***

if we speak consciously from our reality to others who are also conscious  – energetic transmission occurs and is translated automatically to expand the others reality too…a new language is born that carries the same information/data to others who might not otherwise hear

***

people legitimately need (must) process trauma…this should not be something that is shamed…when celebrated and allowed that shit can flow right out of us and poof! it’s gone…when disallowed and shamed the opposite happens it moves in, takes root and makes us sick. Let us be a vehicle of release for others! Let us hold healing space for one another.

***

The core wound is the heart of the perpetrator unrecognised….

victim needs voice and love as does the perpetrator – we all have victim and perpetrator within us…we avoid our own inner perpetrators in denial and spiritual bypass. It’s a species wide past-time at this point. We know our victim selves…what about the perpetrator self? It’s in there too…side by side our victim selves.  We cannot, will not, heal the whole without also bringing to lightand love the perpetrator..first within ourselves and then in love with others

and in fact the two are the same…perpetrator and victim dance together in oneness…one cannot be without the other…the perpetrator has always first been a wounded victim too…perpetration arises from the wound of a victim.

***

That moment in time when the victim becomes the perpetrator and doesn’t notice

***

I do not and will not always speak from a place of power. It is in our capacity to accept our flaws and imperfections that true power is found. I will not abandon the little sad, frightened, angry human within me nor without. Let us bring love to all the wounded children within all of us. Let us heal our species.

***

There’s nothing wrong with desire. It is however a form of seeking. In acceptance of the Eternal now there’s only what is happening.

***

When in flow nothing need be pursued.

***

Universalizing our experience is not empathy. We cannot experience true empathy for others without a fine imagination. Our experiences and how we interpret them are endlessly diverse.

***

“his/her, their vibration isn’t high enough” (thus we will stay away from them.) — a convenient, simple and ultimately dehumanizing way to deny people — Yes, one more divisive trope. Our incapacity to meet them is our own incapacity to meet our shadow. We Are All One.

***

Surrender to the dark that you may also find the light.

***

what is, is. there is nothing more ordinary, or extraordinary about that.

***

most of the time when we talk about others we’re projecting…it’s pretty amusing really when we start listening to both ourselves and others in that manner…what are we really saying? Inquire about our own selves first.

***

We seek stability in a world that is inherently unstable. Change,  healing and transformation comes from that very instability. A stagnant world would be one in which nothing ever changed.

***

Transmute whatever comes.

***

Love is not a Feeling and what we feel often has very little to do with what is going on in reality.

***

My body blows my mind. Great wisdom in this animal body. No words, no thoughts necessary.

***

We belong to one another.

***

Look into the abyss. Jump. Don’t look back.

***

The Village includes everyone. Not just the people we like to hang out with.

***

Sacred illness is not illness at all it is what is required of the body after being subjugated by layers and layers of environmental toxicities of all kinds including pharmaceuticals and human ignorance. It’s called chronic illness until we awake enough to begin the transformation.

***

Everyday is a new day for improvisation and experimentation.
