In a world where everything matters, there is no such thing as (just) “psychological”. It’s undersood in yoga, for example, that our “issues are in our tissues.” Unfortunately westerners have totally forgotten this. Ayurveda/yoga is not much better when it comes to daily practice in the world, but the information is there if one needs to find it. I most certainly did…
Rabbit holes and multidimensional reality…
It boils down to rabbit holes. If it’s not one rabbit hole it will be another. Everyone stuck in a rabbit hole is in the dark. EVERYONE. The entire human species is in agony and trying to heal. There are, however, rabbit holes within rabbit holes. It’s a rough ride for everyone.

We are a sensitive species who have forgotten who we are
We are by nature a sensitive species. Every last one of us. We learn through cultural conditioning to ignore and shut down what would be our highly sensitive natures — our birthright. The conditioning we learn from our parents and our community (and the TV and internet and mass media) further encourages additional habits that appeal to us in particular. We are healing one another by speaking aloud what we KNOW. Thank you to my younger brothers and sisters who are bringing in pieces that I also need. I am grateful to you for your love and service. …
Embracing our madness: the way forward

Do you not want to recognize your madness and welcome it in a friendly manner? You wanted to accept everything. So accept madness too. Let the light of your madness shine, and it will suddenly dawn on you. Madness is not to be despised and not to be feared, but instead you should give it life……
The biggest issue we face: #WorldMentalHealthDay
The biggest problem in mental health treatment is the idea that anybody need be treated at all. What people really need is a safe space to be who and what they are. Once people are in a safe place they simply need to be supported in trusting their own process. …
On trauma (The Sinner, Netflix)
What I just finished was, “The Sinner” (Netflix) …a deep and disturbing and profoundly beautiful filmed series about heinous ongoing trauma and how it played out for this particular woman. …
Leaflin: purveyor of magic
by Leaflin Lore Winecoff — I would like to not think in terms of words like “anxiety”, “depression”; “chronic pain” and “disorder”, because I feel that these words cloak secret treasures. I got “magician problems”. …
