This is what I’ve learned during my healing trip. What made me sustain a healing diet is getting the nutrients I actually needed. Different people are in need of different nutrients at different times…macro and micro. What you eat, for that reason matters greatly. What a healing diet looks like is going to be radically different for each person and is going to change a lot for individuals over time .. if one is healing there is no such thing as homeostasis, so it follows that your needs are going to change. With my radically dysregulated nervous system my needs can change daily. So becoming acutely mindfully aware of those changing needs became critically imperative. …

some thoughts from around the internet in the last few days: In response to this article I saw tweeted: Psychiatric drugs killing more users than heroin, cocaine, say health experts I wrote these words: Zyprexa alone killed far more than Vioxx ever did in same time it was on the market (Vioxx was taken off… Continue Reading →

They are foundational to everything we are as physical beings. All minerals are generally in a state of depletion in modern western people because our soils suck and our food supply is so compromised in a multitude of ways.
Before withdrawing from psych meds it’s important to have some foundational well-being if at all possible so that one might mitigate severe withdrawal issues.
Marci killed her daughter in a bout of toxic reactivity to psych drugs

Histamine, salicylates, oxalates sensitivities (food sensitivity in general, too): HEALING it all
Sensitivities to many different foods and substances, for me, have proven to be issues with poor methylation and therefore a non-existent capacity to detoxify naturally. I had 100s of radical hypersensitivities with foods that I no longer have at the height of the psychiatric drug withdrawal syndrome. …
