Biofilm and such. Chronic illness 101

Biofilms are there to protect the body as much as anything…encapsulated bad stuff acumulated throughout a lifetime.

Environmental toxins and pharmaceuticals are used by the micro-organisms to hang together. The resulting stuff becomes more and more difficult to treat.

Battle of the disabilities

Battle of the disabilities: I hardly ever get out of the house. I have tics and strange movements and I often have a raging swollen face and mouth due to the infection and tardive dyskinesia that causes the tics and movements and general disability. I look bad, I move funny and I make weird noises. Very occasionally it’s all quiet enough that I venture out among the cruel humans, those members of our species, that make people whom they perceive as odd feel really bad for existing.

About the times I’ve almost died

The below video about the times I’ve almost died was recorded four years ago today.

This sort of thing is still happening though I get better and better at moving the crud of detox (micro-organisms, metals and nanoparticals from pharma) out of my brain.

I’ve learned a lot more about what is actually happening in the last year. The tardive dyskinesia and systemic microbiome issues are becoming clear to me.

Intro to Ayurveda (for chronic illness, psych drug withdrawal, TD)

I have gone to practitioners but, Ayurveda, at foundation, is about learning to listen to your body and know how to feed it, move it, rest it and take care of it as needed. That is always our job in the end.

I never found a practitioner who could deal with my extreme and multiple issues either. I couldn’t even leave my house for 5 years as I was bedridden. I started these practices on my own at home in my bed. I am no longer bedridden. I am no longer nonverbal.

I still have tardive dyskinesia and I still love Ayurveda with a profound gratefulness as it helped me be in touch with my body. This is good stuff for anyone in life at anytime. …

healing is living ritual

photo depicts healing as living ritual as what I’ve called “environmental yoga” is being performed. Yoga. Right here, right now. Who needs a mat?

in confidence there is no need for superiority

healing is living ritual…one must enter another world and listen to that which has been largely forgotten. …

TD updated

I’ve come to believe that serious microbiome issues (lyme disease) and tardyve diskinesia are essentially the same thing. Such is the experience in my body. I have lyme disease — with five documented pathogens involved. I have mostly used Buhner inspired treatments. I also have tardive dyskinesia, a collection of debilitating “symptoms” associated with pharmaceutical… Continue Reading →

Tardive dyskinesia – a sign of iatrogenic injury from neuroleptics

I have tardive dyskinesia. I’ve not written about it. I can’t find a single reference online about it that doesn’t pathologize it..and DRUG it further. This is a very brief definition taken from WebMD (and to be clear they do not know what it is)…but the description is fair enough. Tardive dyskinesia is a side… Continue Reading →

In response to the NYTimes articles on antidepressant withdrawal

Some of us have been on the front lines figuring out this stuff years before anyone was publicly acknowledging it. I am sharing this info and collection in response to the two recent @nytimes articles.

FAA doesn’t allow its pilots to fly on SSRIs without careful monitoring

FAA in the USA does not allow pilots to fly on SSRIs without careful monitoring — this is not because people who are depressed are dangerous…it’s because SSRIs are often dangerous. They have been, for a long time, associated with increased suicidal impulses as well as violence. … [click on title for the rest of the post]

The apex and decline of evidence-based psychotherapy and psychiatry

By Brent Potter, PhD — I am grateful to be alive during to see the apex and decline of evidence-based psychotherapy and psychiatry. Honestly, I didn’t think that I’d see anything like it in my lifetime. It was looking pretty daunting for a while, but we’re not only making substantial progress, but winning. — Please don’t mistake me—we have plenty more to do. We’re not in the clear yet, but we’re light years ahead of where we were roughly 20 years ago. … [click on title for the rest of the post]
