What was really fun is that Yasmina gave me a new really fast fix. I can feel pretty much the minute my body goes into an immune response now. And so last night when that happened, I filled up a bowl with ice cold water and dunked my head in the bowl. AWWW...an instant improvement in stress, anxiety and the immune response disappeared. I have found meditating to OM to be deeply powerful and healing. It can in fact nip migraines in the bud for me now. It also allows me to access parts of my psyche for trauma healing. It's just one of the many practices I use for healing body/mind. This is the last audio file I've found that I've really liked. I find that different recording and tones carry subtly different energies so I do like to listen to different recordings from time to time.
