Making people out to be evil when they are simply unconscious obfuscates the problem. When we are clear on how unclear others can be we begin to be able to find compassion and empathy and thus a way to communicate too. We learn this by traveling through and recognizing our own lack of clarity.
Technology has made us one world and we don’t know what the heck to do with it
In Woodman's presence, the often enigmatic world of Jungian archetypal psychology becomes accessible to anyone, and especially to women who are on a quest for wholeness. Woodman believes that centuries of "patriarchal thinking" have stripped the soul from the inner and outer lives of individuals and in the world. To recover the soul, we must engage with the complex shadow world of the unconscious and go beyond absolute, either/or thinking to embrace the "dance of opposites."
Our entire mental health system is based on this fallacy…
YES!!! our entire mental health system which operates by drugging away symptoms is based on this fallacy... Telling another to “lighten up” or be more positive can be shame-inducing, however nicely we might do it. What if they need to stay with their hate or despair or depressiveness for a while? Creamy & rich roasted garlic soup with greens: #foodie Friday

My first sexual experience was rape. How I’m healing now.
My first sexual experience was a rape. I was 16 years old. Indisputably a rape and yet I had somehow not let that register somehow all these many years. As I defrost from the TRAUMA of having taken megadoses of mind/body and soul numbing neurotoxic psychiatric drugs some of these old traumas are starting to resurface. I've had many traumas in my life including the ones that psychiatric treatment incurred. I never forgot the rape. I'm not talking about a memory resurfacing...
