Healing, surrender and rest…do not fight the process

As I surrender I find that my brain/body/ has so much healing to do still and often times that requires bed rest and total quiet even now several years into this healing process. It's not illness when the body needs to rest...it's the demands of healing. Highly intense metabolic processes happening that mean I simply have to stop and allow the internal processes to take over. I need to surrender to the wisdom of the body at those times. I generally don't bother trying to explain to others anymore...not in any sort of detail. ...

THIS

If I were foolish enough to give you a system and if you were foolish enough to follow it, you would merely be copying, imitating, conforming, accepting, and when you do that you have set up in yourself the authority of another and hence there is conflict between you and that authority. You feel you must do such and such a thing because you have been told to do it and yet you are incapable of doing it. You have your own particular inclinations, tendencies and pressures which conflict with the system you think you ought to follow and therefore there is a contradiction. So you will lead a double life between the ideology of the system and the actuality of your daily existence. In trying to conform to the ideology, you suppress yourself – whereas what is actually true is not the ideology but what you are. If you try to study yourself according to another you will always remain a second-hand human being. ...

It’s an all-or-nothing game this

The immediate now taking my breath away -- so precious, so ordinary. Natural vigilance: perfect attunement with everything right now. What was I so afraid of? I took a very dangerous route to freedom because I had to. Not everyone makes it. It's an all-or-nothing game this. ...

Healing brain injury. Delusion and dissociation. Herbs, herbs, herbs.

Layers of delusion and dissociation have been directly correlated with bad bacteria and other issues with biofilm matrixes in the body. As I have cleansed (detoxed) I've healed long-standing autoimmune disease as well as brain injury imparted from psych drugs. "Mental health issues" associated with trauma also cleared up as the layers of dissociation disappeared with the biofilm matrixes. Word "disappeared" while true, belies the real work involved in letting go. This has both an emotional/spiritual process and a physical one. Both have been critically important processes in the healing process. We are truly one. There is no separation between the physical and the emotional. No separation between body and mind. And everything matters because everything is interconnected. ...

Trauma, subpersonalities, the lie and constant change

Healing, more than anything, becomes an exercise in learning to trust oneself. This is especially important when there are people about who want to force us to do things that are counterproductive to healing. Unfortunately the medical and psychological establishments perpetuates many such treatments. My village has been patch-worked together from all over the world. I'm profoundly grateful for the internet given I would not have healed otherwise.

This is true-nature: whole, present, interconnected: every human is the experience of true nature all the time

By Jen Peer Rich -- True-nature is overdue for normalization. Self-awareness and living a conscious life is often reserved for gurus, teachers and "spiritually enlightened" folks. In our Western culture, it is the norm to put people who wake up to true-nature on a kind of a psychological and spiritual pedestal. This approach is flawed because it maintains an illusory hierarchy of consciousness, an exclusively human mind-trick. We tend to make simple things mysterious. This is exactly what keeps true-nature such a carrot-stick mystery for many.

Courageously move forward (contemplations on healing)

Courageously move forward and into every feeling you ever were unable to feel due to oppressive circumstances. Feel them, let go and be free. Our nervous systems have recorded each and every instance of repression and denial. We have a store of tension from our ancestors as well. This store of repressed emotions, denial, violence etc is stored in our DNA. It is our "karma" ...to be transmuted in this lifetime. ...

Stories and blogging, sharing and telling

When a non-resonant story is forced upon us (in my case the story that psychiatry & pharma spews everywhere) it's a violence perpetrated. It seems that for some that story is in keeping with their essence-then no violence occurs. Others aren't conscious enough to recognize abuses being perpetrated against them. We are all conditioned with... Continue Reading →

Forms of dissociation are common to all human beings

Popular fantasy realities (like multiple dimensions and starseeds and lightworkers etc) are forms of dissociation...dissociation is a way to cope with trauma. Once we understand this, the fantasy material can be worked with...people are in pain...everyone needs to heal. Being alive is traumatic so no one is free from this really.
