earthingLove this little video. I started feeling moved to be barefoot on the earth every chance I got a few years ago. It doesn’t feel as critically important as it did for a long time, but I still do it several times a week.

“Foxwalking” is one term for a way of walking that all ancient peoples naturally practiced, and allows for the greatest perception and reception of the natural world. How can we re-learn to connect with the earth and ourselves by changing how we walk on the ground?
