I found the below video interesting because many of my (internal) “programs” got scrambled with the (pharmaceutically induced) brain injury. All sorts of the autonomic nervous system programs which control all of the functions in the body (all those mentioned in the video and more). Losing the “I” program (the sense of individual identity) — disengaging from it completely — greatly helps in the continuing healing process so that the other programs might right themselves without the “I” program which only gets in the way. — It does also seem that there is a period of it coming in and out of the trash…though getting to the point where one never “clicks” on it, ever…that’s the final step. (See video to make sense of all I’m saying 🙂
