Healing means owning oneself

Healing means owning oneself. I contain multitudes.

I suppose more accurately healing is letting go of the self. No-self is the healthy human animal that dances with the all in open awareness. Our body knows. We are nothing. We are cogs in the human organism that is part of a bigger organism that is life. We are nothing and everything all at once.

and just for fun because I’m enjoying this t-shirt: RELAX AND ACCEPT THE CRAZY

In the end this is the most foundational practice…

AND yes, I could use some compensation for the many 100s of hours I’ve worked with folks  and on this site over the years. Working like we do and not getting any sort of compensation that I might live more comfortably in the face of continued challenges continues to teach us what we’ve learned from psychiatry. We must not be worth it. Let’s change that patterning. If I helped you or a loved one out, please help me back now. thank you.

****We could  use some financial support at the moment! You know, for things like the mortgage so that we can maintain a roof over our heads. Yup. I do this all for no other compensation than  what the readers want to offer in support. Thank you!****

  1. So great! I resonate deeply with this. I’m in deep pain going through benzo withdrawal and the dark night of the soul, and more and more I come to realize that I have to let go of all desires how life should be and all resistance against it, which for me equals no self. No self that demands anything or tries to get rid of something. I can see that this is the only “solution”, although it is easier said then done.
I love your posts, because they are sooo true. Sorrily I can’t pay any compensation as I live on minimal money myself.
    All the best to you

    1. No worries. I’m working on creating gift economy that means we give and receive as we are able and no more and no less. You do what you need to do to take care of yourself always first. Much love.
