The body electric… genetic geniuses every one of us …we need only pay attention…
I wrote the below words and posted them with the picture in 2015 when I first started working with the Gene Keys. It’s been a while since my journey has allowed for much other than a tantric passing that has had me mostly go private into the core of my physical being.

The picture is what it feels like to be in my body.
My experiences opened me up to intense sensitivities and this artwork expresses what it’s like. We are not alone in this experience. Many people are being greatly challenged in similar fashion. Learning to interpret all these sensations can be overwhelming. I am grateful that people everywhere are getting clued into this reality. We need only pay attention. Then we not only start to learn about the mystery that we are living we also start to find one another. Awareness is key. It’s time to wake up. We all have great wisdom locked inside.

In celebration of my wondrous body:
My body is teaching me health. Even while being perceived as ill. No one else knew how to do that. It’s a celebratory wonder.
My body has only ever wanted my attention…it’s always been about survival and evolution and healing…and it leads to freedom.
The body’s capacities are awe inspiring and it’s so sad too…what we do to our bodies…shutting down these incredibly intelligent creatures
I’ve been sick since I was a child. Learning health is the most exciting thing I’ve ever done. I had no idea what was available with this knowing. (genetic geniuses, everyone of us)
Western Medical “treatment” from day one made sure I’d be sick my whole life.
Most significantly I didn’t know I was sick. I thought I was healthy. Many Americans are like this and have no idea that they are not well.
We live in a world where substandard health is considered normal and even healthy and therefore most people simply don’t realize it.
