Yoga for bedtime

I like this idea of doing yoga in bed, I think this might help some people start stretching a bit right from bed, which is where I started my yoga practice when I began rehabbing from having been bedridden for 2 years. I had no choice at the time, perhaps that is why I now really prefer the floor. What joy that I can get up and down from the floor now!

Also, my bedtime routine requires the wall and I need the floor for that as my bed has a window at it’s end. I love legs against the wall at bedtime. An absolute must for calming my autonomic nervous system. Still, the video is a nice gentle routine that I think would be a nice start for many folks. And you can do it on the floor too if you prefer. This is another good post with good bedtime suggestions.
