Yes, psych meds shrink brains ~(2024 update) - I have a distinct somatic experience that suggests part of my long detox and recovery is about opening up the prefrontal cortex. I continue to need to do a lot of neuroplasticity support and therapeutics as well. I was on the same drugs "schizophrenics" take for 20 years. At very high doses. My recovery is taking a long long time. And this is part of it for sure.
