The unfolding moment: or how many ways can we be here now?

I wrote this yesterday:

Your only bliss is in being here, right now (whether it feels good or not) This moment unfolding will give you everything you need. Pay attention.

Later in the day I came upon the below quote by Alan Watts. It struck me as rather similar:

When we dance, the journey itself is the point, as when we play music the playing itself is the point. And exactly the same thing is true in meditation. Meditation is the discovery that the point of life is always arrived at in the immediate moment. — Alan Watts
