‘The Element’ – the point at which natural talent meets personal passion

I have found that one of the gifts of having been ill has been the opportunity to get deeply in alignment with who I really am. I am in my passion, doing my work and I will be doing that for the rest of my life. That is truly a gift that I am deeply grateful for, even as I am still frustrated with the limitations that I continue to deal with.

In this new RSA Shorts video, Sir Ken Robinson argues that education, organisations and communities need to be built on a model of diversity rather than conformity, so that every individual is able to discover and develop their unique talents and abilities.
