Lauren Spiro (there was never anything wrong with her)

Like so many of us diagnosed with bipolar, schizophrenia, depression, etc, there was never anything wrong with Lauren. One of my favorite teachers planted that delightful seed (there was nothing wrong with me either) in my head while I was thinking that way about myself. Many of us learn this one way or another as we transform the conditioning of a lifetime.

I am a human rights worker, community builder, visionary artist, consultant and educator and have been featured on national media. I have served on numerous boards, co-founded two non-profit corporations, co-founded Emotional CPR, and recently stepped down from directing the National Coalition for Mental Health Recovery to follow my passion of embodying inner peace to create global peace.
