Dancing is yet another way to heal the mind/body. This is a beautiful video which shows people delighting in dancing whether they are professionals or just having fun. I have found dancing in my living room all by myself to be exactly what I’ve needed before. Dancing, like yoga and other forms of exercise too, helps one get closer to their body. Knowing your body is important for your entire well-being and for your mental well-being too.
Dance, too, can be a kind of meditation. Feeling the body move, coming to know what it can and cannot do, etc.
