oh D Bunker…that’s heart breaking…animals are such marvels.
I once posted a video of a deer that became a pet much like a dog…I wonder if it was at all a similar phenomena…the thing is deer are much smaller than moose.
It’s my understanding that an orphaned moose will transfer its affections to a person quite readily, and make itself comfortable indoors.
But then the sad day arrives when Out they must go, or soon they’ll be too large to Get out through the door. When that happens your moose Will keep you and your neighbors awake making all manner of piteous and heartbroken noises At your door trying to get back in.
I read of 1 which had been turned out and finally wandered off to fend for itself, and then years later, fully grown, spotted its human friend in a canoe.
And that moose was so overjoyed to see its friend again, that it swam out to him and capsized the fellow’s canoe trying to get into the canoe With him.
Norman Cousins was right! Laughing aloud always makes me feel better!
Susan

Now we need a Ka.li, Jeze.bel and Pip.pin cute fix.
ha! Stan…one of my dearest childhood friends used to call me moose….NOT because I was as large as a moose but because it was a play on a italian word that sounds vaguely like my real name…
so when you said it was good to see me out in the sprinklers you made me think of this dear childhood friend who called me moose…
Dear Gianna:
Good to see you getting outside for some sprinkler fun and exercise {Laughing}. Those legs appear a little wobbly though.
Stan
